The project consisted of complete Shell & Core MEP works for Meat Moot Restaurant, with a built-up area of more than 3,000 sq. ft. The scope included comprehensive electrical and plumbing installations, along with air conditioning, extraction, and ventilation systems.

GridPoint Electromechanical Works L.L.C., working alongside Capital Associated Building Contracting L.L.C., successfully executed and delivered the works in full compliance with Meraas standards, client requirements, and all relevant authorities’ regulations.

All newly installed MEP systems were commissioned and handed over, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations, while meeting the project’s objectives on time and to the satisfaction of both the developer and client.
