GridPoint Electromechanical Works L.L.C. successfully delivered the complete MEP works for a prestigious 12,000 sq. ft. luxury villa located in Umm Al Sheif, Jumeirah. This high-end residential renovation project reflects the highest standards of engineering excellence and meticulous attention to detail, in line with the client’s vision and interior design requirements.
Scope of Work
- Developing and redesigning shop drawings in line with updated interior layouts, structural requirements, and client specifications.
- Complete replacement and upgrading of all existing systems.
- Integration of new services and utilities to accommodate a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, massage room, majlis, and three new service blocks.
- Full MEP support for luxury amenities, staff accommodation, and specialized wellness facilities.
